Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
• Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur 100% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
• If you signed up for manicure + pedicure and decide during the appointment to cancel one service, full payment applies as agreed before the appointment.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:
• Appointment being cancelled, or
• Service being performed without design/French manicure if time is insufficient.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
